Hi, I’m Kaitlyn. If you’re sick of everyone telling you that all you need to do to look after yourself is get enough sleep, eat a nutritious diet and exercise regularly when you can barely get out of bed half the time and you struggle to even shower daily… good. I’m glad you’re sick of it because those tips aren’t for you. Often those tips are framed as a 1 step program: “Oh you don’t exercise? Well then exercise!” when in fact there’s a whole lot of work in between. If you’ve ever thought to yourself “logically, yes, I know the answer is to do these few seemingly simple tasks, but how do I actually do that in reality?” then you have landed on the right webpage. I work with people who experience a constant stream of internal suffering day in day out – adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, you name it. I work with people who don’t have a diagnosis, and more who haven’t yet accepted the most painful realities of some of their experiences. I’m here for it all.

I actually help people understand what self love actually means (it’s not what they told you).
